Pengenalan Medan: Vektor, Notasi Indeks, Operasi Dasar Vektor, Medan Potensial, Teorema Stokes dan Divergensi, Koordinat Curvilinear, Kalkulus Vektor pada Koordinat Sferis, Elemen Luas dan Volume, Fungsi Delta Dirac, Fungsi Delta pada Tiga Dimensi dan pada Koordinat Curvilinear, Laplasian 1/R. Elektrostatis: Medan Listrik, Hukum Coulomb dan Gauss, Kondisi Batas pada Medan Listrik, Potensial Listrik, Kerja dan Energi pada Elektrostatik, Konduktor dan Kapasitor. Teknik Khusus dalam Menghitung Potensial: Persamaan Laplace, Nilai Rerata dan Metode Penggambaran, Pemisahan Variable, Polinomial Legendre, Ekspansi Multipole, Medan Dipole.
